Customer may cancel their Contract without penalty or obligation by delivering written notice to our Customer Service (customerservice@ursolarpower.com) by midnight on the third business day after signing. The law of the Customer's State may give additional termination rights. Customer's payments will be returned within 30 business days after Contractor's receipt of Customer's notice. We may cancel this Agreement without penalty or obligation by delivering written notice to Customer if material changes are made to the Rebate / Incentive programs administered by State or other governing authorities.
