URSP UR Solar Power, LLC develops, implements and manages residential solar programs for utilities and national retailers. We have a unique business model based on operational efficiency and established capabilities that reduces customer acquisition cost, improves the customer experience and establishes the downstream access for future smart-grid deployment. At UR Solar Power we offer full service PV commercial and residential programs to large partners, which are marketed under their own brand. We provide all the necessary support and logistics to execute these programs from lead generation through to installation and final inspections. For our large partners we design attractive, fit for purpose and exclusive offers for their customers, including full execution of the management of the program as desired which generally includes taking care of all aspects of selling, marketing and installation for the consumer. Our full service offer can also include customer financing and in some areas we can offer a no or low money down offer using lease or PPA, where it is available. We manage a comprehensive network of highly qualified Installers that generaly are local to the consumer base and have undergone thorough background checking. We manage all communications and progress of customer jobs including all necessary documentation through our proprietary designed CRM system. We provide comprehensive portal access to this system so progress can be monitored at all levels of the process from original Lead to fully Operating Systems. We believe in providing a very positive customer experience from beginning to end and we have dedicated Care Team including a 24/7 call center that provides regular contact through the complete cycle. We are fully resourced with the latest web based quoting tools including fully integrated GIS technology for telephone and in-home selling, which streamlines the process.

What we Do
Leadership
URSP UR Solar Power, LLC was co-founded by Seamas Kenny, President & CEO, in early 2009 with the mission to provide management of broad based residential solar programs for large retailers and electric utility providers.
Seamas has extensive experience in residential & commercial solar systems sales and marketing and is a 25 year+ veteran of the PV industry with extensive experience across a broad range of disciplines that spans installation, finance, project management, operations and sales. Prior to co-founding URSP Seamas worked at BP Solar in a number of management and executive roles, in the UK, Australia and in the US helping the company to develop the business and become an industry leader. He last served as Director of Sales for North America with BP Solar which included direct responsibility for the management of the retail residential solar program.
Seamas is a Fellow of ACCA (FCCA), PwC alumni, graduate of University College Dublin (Bachelor of Commerce) and the Kellogg School of Management Business Leadership Program.
